Mary Livengood joined the Paxton Companies in July of 2017 as Vice President of Client Services. She is responsible for the oversight and value added integration of our customer service department, operation department and business development team. This multi-faceted role will combine effective service delivery solutions to Paxton customers both at our corporate and residential level. She has been in the industry for roughly 18 years.
Mary is teaming together with our critical departments for success: Customer Service, Operations, and Sales, and she will support existing client relationships as well as the on-boarding and initiation of new accounts to ensure client retention and cultivating incremental growth.
Prior to her role as Vice President, Mary held a management position for the Paxton Companies of an offsite location in Central Virginia/ Metro Richmond, Virginia. She oversaw the operations team earning top industry accolades such as Atlas Van Lines Milt Hill Award, Superior Packing Award, Origin and Destination Agent Award with Military Honors, Hauling Excellence Award and Outstanding Warehouse Facility Award. Mary serves on the Greater Richmond Relocation Council as a Planning Chair, and formally Co chair on the Programs Committee.
Mary, also known as MK, currently resides in Richmond, VA with her family; Husband- Vaughan, Daughter-Dempsey, and Son-Stiles, and pups Murphy and Tobin.
