Tim rejoined Aires in 2018, having previously worked for Aires from 2001 to 2015. He currently serves in the role of Account Executive. In his role, he works to find solutions to meet client needs through collaboration, partnership, and understanding their culture. His strategic and knowledgeable consultative approach helps clients meet their mobility needs. Tim fosters strong relationships with his client/prospect base and seeks to help them in the strategic development of their programs. He is highly organized and detail-oriented, helping drive results in both domestic and international programs.
In his time with Aires, Tim has served as a General Manager, Director of Business Development, and Account Executive. He recently served as a Vice President of Corporate Strategy &Design for a competing relocation firm.
Over the past 17 years, Tim has gained experience in global mobility, talent management, and human resources, including collaborative design thinking disciplines. He has assisted with the strategic design, development, and implementation of global mobility programs that help clients mobilize critical talent worldwide, spearheading global client engagements and leading strategic business development initiatives throughout the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. His credentials include a bachelor’s and a master’s degree and the Certified Relocation Professional designation from Worldwide ERC®.
