Experience: Michele has over 16 years of experience in Human Resources, including Leadership and Executive Development, Performance Management and the past six years spent in Global Mobility. She most recently oversaw the Global Mobility Program at Capital One which encompasses domestic and international relocation and assignment management. She is an active member of the Worldwide ERC.
Education: Virginia Tech – BS, Education Old Dominion University – MS, Education
Personal: Michele lives in Mechanicsville, VA with her two children – Victoria and William. She enjoys spending time with family in the Northern Neck of VA (the ‘rivah’), working on home improvement projects, reading and gardening.
